Lovely place to relax with helpful staff, but a couple of areas to improve
The views are incredible and the swimming pool is a lovely space to relax. I had a spa treatment which was fantastic & they were very accommodating with availability. They run a discounted shuttle service to various areas of the island which was really helpful rather than booking taxis. The rooms have a lot of character and it is a lovely place to relax. The staff were kind and helpful.
The beauty of the hotel is the rooms are different, so we chose our room carefully and were excited to see it. When we arrived we were put in a different room as they had double booked so had to move room the following day which was frustrating. I feel the rooms could be cleaner & overall the hotel is in need of modernising. The hotel is very expensive so we hoped for a more seamless stay.

Beautiful views from the Hotel and great pool and delicious Restaurant. Super friendly staff.
Cleaning of the rooms could have been better. Dirty glasses from welcome drink have been left for days in our room and sometimes dirty towels have been talen but no new ones left. After a few days the pool was a bit dirty as well.
